NEW YORK—July 18, 2023— CloudOne Digital announced that it has completed the acquisition of Servers.com, a provider of bare metal services with customers and data centers in North America, Western Europe, and Asia. Servers.com joins the Liquid Web Family of Brands within CloudOne Digital, a holding company formed to house an innovative portfolio of multi cloud-based solutions focused on the needs of online businesses.
Senior leaders and co-founders, Nick Dvas and Konstantin Bezruchenko, will join the CloudOne Digital leadership team. Dvas will be President of Servers.com. Bezruchenko will run global infrastructure and procurement for CloudOne Digital
Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Limassol, Cyprus, Servers.com currently operates 18 global data centers with more than 3,000 customers worldwide. Experts in Bare Metal Servers, Servers.com focuses on Infrastructure as a Service for companies who have large, persistent workloads. They serve industries like video gaming, fintech, adtech, IT services, sports tech, and a growing market of Web3 applications.
