Brent Mayo is a Director with DH Capital and has been with the company since 2016. Brent works on a wide variety of transactions, ranging from sellside and buyside mergers and acquisitions to private debt and equity capital raises. During his 5+ years at DH Capital, Brent has advised and closed over $7 billion of transactions in the internet infrastructure, cloud services, network services, and next generation IT industries across North America, South America, Europe, and Africa. Recent transactions include:

• Represented Data Foundry in its sale to Switch (NYSE: SWCH) (2021)
• Represented New Signature in its sale to Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH) (2020)
• Represented UOL Diveo in the sale of its data center portfolio to Digital Colony (2020)
• Represented ROOT Data Centers in its sale to Compass Datacenters (2019)
• Represented OnRamp in its sale to Lightedge Solutions (2018)
• Represented Ascenty in its sale to Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) (2018)
• Represented Peak 10 in its acquisition of ViaWest (2017)

Brent joined DH Capital from vXchnge, a North American data center platform. At vXchnge, Brent was involved in capital raising, M&A, and FP&A. Brent graduated cum laude from Providence College in 2012 with a BS in Accountancy.
